USCIS

My name is Aaron. Here is my true story about my case with USCIS, Immigration.

On May 27th, 2007.

While on vacation in Costa Rica. I met my beautiful wife Tatiana. It was love at first sight. I Felt I had found my True Love.

August 11th,, 2008.

We filed for an I29 K1 finance visa. We have been waiting on Immigration (USCIS) for 1.5 years to process our case. We decided to go ahead and get married.

May 29th, 2010.

A day I will never forget. Our wedding day. It was a beautiful wedding.

One I will remember for the rest of my life. M

any people showed up. The church was full. The wedding reception was un-forgettable.

Now we need to file for the K3 I30 marriage visa. I love my wife with all my heart and I will do anything to be with her. How ever, we haft to wait 1 more year to be together, which breaks our hearts. I believe this is Gods test of our true love.

June 7th, 2010.

I sent the following letter to USCIS.

Dear USCIS:

"Due to the length of time it has taken for the this case to be processed and not having a decision after a year and a half, I would like to withdraw the above referenced petition for fiancé(e) effective immediately. I am including a copy of the notice of receipt for your reference."

August 5h, 2010.

I just got a letter from USCIC, Immigration.

It says,

Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity

On August 5, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice.

Question?

So, if I canceled the I29 K1 visa in June,2010, How did it get approved?

This is not right. I feel that USCIS is playing with me. They see that we have been waiting almost 2 years. My wife and I got tired of waiting. We then get married. Cancel the K1 visa. USCIS see's that we were tired off waiting. Then approve's the K1 visa, knowing we got married, knowing that it would be obsolete.
